The stackable tumbler Skopen is a reference to the structure of the horsetail and inspired by the nature photography of Karl Blossfeldt. The natural individuality of each stem is taken into account by the design of two different tumbler shapes, which can be randomly assembled. The design is not alone an homage to the botanical shapes in Blossfeldt's photographs, but also to the flora as such, captured in a material as enduring and fragile as nature itself: glass.
